Okay the lady next to me is eating her lunch (normal time to eat lunch), and that is what smells. Yes it's disturbing that her food smells like urine but not as disturbing as it would have been if I had discovered that the smell really WAS urine.

Be glad you're in a different building, mine smells like pee *all* the time. That's been the biggest adjustment actually. That, and the screaming Jesuses (Jesi?) on the corners when i walk in every morning. I'm pretty sure they're going to hell, which is pretty funny when you think about it.
